YOGAWILLHELP is a mind/body approach to wellness. It is beneficial for mild to moderate depression, anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia and stress related conditions.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
One hour sessions include personalized yoga postures, meditation training, breathing practices and CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy. Reasonable and appropriate goals are established at the beginning of treatment. Students learn to manage their own physical, mental, and emotional stability.
IMMEDIATE RESULTS are lower anxiety and a sense of well-being.
LONG TERM RESULTS from established practice are improved physical and emotional strength, self confidence, and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
